Biography
Dr. Kimberly Dodson received her Pharm. D. from the University of Kansas in 2003. She currently serves as Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Coordinator of the Pharmacy Skills Laboratory on the Wichita campus. Dr. Dodson's teaching responsibilities include fundamentals of dispensing; aseptic technique; extemporaneous compounding; patient counseling; immunization delivery; medication therapy management and a variety of disease state management labs including lipids, hypertension, diabetes, anticoagulation and more. Dr. Dodson's academic and research interests include the pharmacist's role in diabetic education, care and dosing of the pediatric population, health care reform and patient centered care.
